The terms that govern use of the MOVRR pre-launch waitlist website.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MOVRR website and participation in the MOVRR pre-launch waitlist. MOVRR is currently offering a waitlist, product information, and early access communications only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or submitting your details to the MOVRR waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or join the waitlist.

3. Description of the Service (Pre-Launch Waitlist)

MOVRR currently provides a landing page, product information, a waitlist signup form, and early access announcements. The website does not currently offer user accounts, payments, live campaigns, or rider participation in an active platform.

4. Eligibility

You may use the website only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

5. Waitlist Participation

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in MOVRR only. Waitlist participation does not create an account, guarantee access, guarantee launch in any city, or guarantee selection for future campaigns, pilot programs, or platform participation.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the website lawfully and in good faith
  • Keep any submitted information limited to what is requested by MOVRR

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the website
  • Using the website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities

8. Intellectual Property

The MOVRR website, brand, logo, copy, design, and related materials are owned by MOVRR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or license rights except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

9. No Guarantee of Launch or Participation

MOVRR is in pre-launch and may change, delay, limit, or cancel launch plans at any time. We do not guarantee that the platform will launch, that it will launch in your city, or that any person on the waitlist will be invited to participate.

10. Platform Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or the waitlist at any time. If MOVRR launches a live platform in the future, additional platform-specific terms may apply.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as available and as is basis. MOVRR does not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOVRR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. MOVRR does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for losses, costs, or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person or entity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, communication, or infrastructure providers. MOVRR is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact MOVRR first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

18. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the Last Updated date above. Continued use of the website after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
